Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of CryptoGateway, a cryptocurrency payment processing service operated by SR Global Markets. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CryptoGateway ("Service") provided by SR Global Markets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service. These terms apply to all users including merchants, administrators, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
CryptoGateway provides a cryptocurrency payment processing platform that allows merchants to accept digital currency payments including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB, Solana (SOL), TRON (TRX), Polygon (MATIC) and others. Payments are detected on-chain and forwarded to the merchant's designated wallet address.
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@srglobalmarkets.com of any unauthorised use.
4. Merchant Obligations
Merchants agree to: (a) use the Service only for lawful business purposes; (b) not process payments for prohibited goods or services including illegal drugs, weapons, gambling (where prohibited), counterfeit goods, or any activity that violates applicable law; (c) maintain accurate business information; (d) comply with all applicable laws including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations in their jurisdiction.
5. Fees and Payments
Transaction fees are charged as a percentage of each processed payment per the plan selected. Current fee schedules are published at pg.srglobalmarkets.com/pricing. SR Global Markets reserves the right to modify fees with 30 days written notice. All fees are deducted at the time of settlement.
6. Settlements and Payouts
Confirmed crypto payments are automatically forwarded to the merchant's designated wallet address. SR Global Markets acts as a payment processor and does not hold funds beyond the time required for blockchain confirmation and forwarding. Settlement times depend on blockchain network congestion and confirmation requirements.
7. API Usage
Access to the CryptoGateway API is granted under these Terms. You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer the API; (b) exceed rate limits; (c) use the API to build a competing service; (d) share API keys publicly. API keys must be stored securely. SR Global Markets is not liable for losses resulting from compromised API keys.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to process payments related to: money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, phishing, darknet markets, unregistered securities, or any other illegal activity. Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SR Global Markets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control including blockchain network issues, DDoS attacks, or third-party API failures.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. SR Global Markets may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, pending settlements will be processed to the registered wallet address.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. SR Global Markets operates globally and complies with applicable financial regulations in the jurisdictions it serves.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered merchants 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
